Crisp, Snappy, and Analog
The Crescent is simply a joy to listen to. Offering a unique musical experience, the sound of the Crescent can be described as feeling analog, with a hint of retro twang, similar to the character of vintage tube amps. The overall sound feels snappy and crisp, with fast transients that keeps the music feeling fresh while nostalgic.

Four Independent Drivers
The Crescent features two separate dynamic drivers arranged in an isobaric configuration. A 10mm PET diaphragm driver was chosen to provide a thumpy kick bass rumble. A separate 10mm LCP diaphragm provides the transient speeds to keep the bass and low-mids feeling tight. Each driver is independently tuned, yet combining their acoustics in an isobaric configuration completely alters the textural output, allowing the unique vintage sound to the Crescent. A custom ported Knowles 30262-163 midrange driver is carefully tuned to deliver smooth yet firm mids. The midrange has a buttery texture that is airy while still encapsulating the accuracy of balanced armature drivers. The trebles are powered by the Knowles 33518 tweeters to bring out the micro details in the music.

Tonal Balance
The secret to making the unique texture of the Crescent feel crisp is the tuning. The Crescent has been painstakingly tuned to fit ZiiGaat’s in-house tonal curvature. Featuring a robust 10dB sub-bass shelf that exactly cuts off at 250Hz, the bass is thumpy, focused, and pristine. The midrange are free-from any bloating, allowing vocals and instruments to sound accurate, showcase their inherent warmth, and texture. The trebles have excellent bite and sizzle without any harshness thanks to a natural decay curvature. Micro peaks throughout the decay brings out every minute detail that keeps the sound feeling clear and full of air without being unnatural.

Handcrafted Quality
Each Crescent unit is handcrafted. Beginning with a 3D-printed resin shell which uses imported medical-grade resin, the shell is durable and lightweight for extended studio usage. Each driver is hand-tested and paired prior to assembly to ensure perfect channel matching. Crescent units are then individually tested prior to finishing and polishing to ensure the highest degree of quality. Every faceplate is hand poured and decorated, providing a boutique look and feel.

Custom Interchangeable Cable
The Crescent comes standard with an interchangeable 2-pin 0.78mm connector cable. The cable is constructed from ultra-pure grade silver-plated oxygen-free copper. Premium silver-plated copper wires ensure noise-free signal transmission for the highest quality of sound. The interchangeable cable design also optimizes the longevity of the IEM and allows customizability in your wearing experience.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
