The world of music is headed towards wireless. However, so many bluetooth earbuds in the market suffer from poor audio quality. This is oftentimes a combination of poor speaker and audio engineering that comes with the small size of a conventional bluetooth earbud. At TINHiFi, we wanted the convenience and portability of a bluetooth earbud, but without compromising on audio quality. For this reason, the Tin Buds 3 is the first bluetooth earphone to utilize a 6mm beryllium-plated dynamic driver. With this incredible driver upgrade, the same professional audio engineering strategy used in the T3 Plus is utilized in the Tin Buds 3 to achieve a studio-monitor like sound that is also perfect everyday convenience.

Beryllium Diaphragm Drivers
In the field of dynamic driver speakers, the rule is: the greater the tensile strength of the diaphragm membrane, the more responsive the speaker. The material science behind speaker driver design must consider both the weight and flexibility of a material for the diaphragm, as well as the rigidity and strength. Beryllium diaphragms have emerged as one of the best diaphragm materials for headphones and earphones. In fact, most of the best renown in-ear monitors on the market today feature a beryllium dynamic driver due to the incredibly responsive and balanced sound they can provide.
We have engineered an updated 6mm beryllium plated diaphragm driver that has additional plated layers and has been further compressed to be thinner and more flexible. The increased tensile strength and surface tension means the Tin Buds 3 can produce a more responsive sound, translating to higher audio resolution, harder hitting bass, and more pristine trebles.

Balanced Tuning in Every Note
The Tin Buds 3 not only feature the latest and best driver, but also our professional tuning style. The Tin Buds 3 are acoustically engineered to produce a balanced tonal spectrum that is deep and powerful in the bass, yet still natural in the midrange, and clear in the trebles. To maintain a professional tuning, the midrange is free of bloat or muddying, while retaining an ever slight warmth.
The beryllium diaphragm driver delivers detailed and airy upper treble frequencies, but is moderately tamed to prevent any harshness. And best of all, this balanced tuning is all acoustically achieved, rather than through digital sound processing that most bluetooth earphones rely on. The majority of big name bluetooth earphones fail to deliver without heavy reliance on their DSP software. With the Tin Buds 3, the very core and soul of the earbuds are audiophile and HiFi.

Bluetooth v5.2
The Tin Buds 3 features the latest bluetooth v5.2 for the fastest connectivity and lowest latency. This means you can stream your favorite movies and games to your Tin Buds 3 without any latency between the audio and the video. Furthermore, v5.2 allows higher audio quality transmission, meaning less compression in your Hi-Fi audio files.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
