The R&D behind the THIEAUDIO Valhalla took over two years, with input from engineers from multiple countries contributing to its development. With 19 drivers per side, the Valhalla achieves exceptional resolution while maintaining a comfortable in-ear design. By utilizing a greater number of drivers, it reduces the workload on each unit, resulting in unparalleled clarity and technical performance. This engineering feat allows the Valhalla to stand as THIEAUDIO’s most detailed and refined product to date.

Genuine Imported Drivers
The Valhalla is equipped with carefully selected components sourced from industry leaders Knowles and Sonion. Each earbud features four Sonion 38D1XJ007 sub-woofers, ten Sonion E50DA low-midrange drivers, four Knowles RDE 33729 mid-treble drivers, and one Knowles WBFK 30095 ultra-treble tweeter. These imported drivers ensure precise, high-fidelity audio reproduction, meeting the standards of professional and enthusiast users alike.

PBS: Precision Bass System
PBS (Precision Bass System) is THIEAUDIO’s innovative solution for delivering a true subwoofer-like experience in an IEM. Developed over the course of a year, PBS integrates multiple low-frequency drivers within a specially designed resonance chamber. This chamber is optimized to achieve a 200Hz bass shelf with enhanced depth and clarity, while the addition of a diversion tube and pressure relief vent precisely targets ultra-low frequencies from 5Hz to 20Hz. The design not only enhances sub-bass extension and impact but also reduces ear fatigue by relieving built-up pressure in the ear canal. By combining acoustic precision with ergonomic design, PBS delivers an immersive and comfortable listening experience.

A Feat of Acoustic Engineering
As THIEAUDIO’s flagship IEM, the Valhalla incorporates advanced crossover and tubing technologies. Its 4-way passive crossover network, combined with a 4-bore acoustic tubing system, ensures precise frequency division and smooth transitions across the entire spectrum. Unlike typical 1st-order crossovers, the Valhalla utilizes multiple 2nd-order networks for pinpoint accuracy. Additionally, impedance neutralization strategies ensure consistent performance regardless of the audio source. This sophisticated engineering results in an unmatched level of clarity and balance.

Tonal Superiority
The Valhalla embodies THIEAUDIO’s renowned signature tuning. The bass is characterized by a subwoofer-like impact, featuring a 10dB bass shelf that quickly decays and cuts off at 200Hz, avoiding any bleed into the mids. The midrange is tuned with a gentle 1dB slope from 200Hz to 800Hz, balancing neutrality with a touch of warmth. The treble features a smooth 8dB pinna gain at 2.8kHz, with extended ultra-treble output reaching up to 40kHz, offering brilliance and clarity without harshness. This tonal balance makes the Valhalla suitable for both professional and casual listening.

Grade 5 Titanium Housing
The Valhalla features Grade 5 Titanium, renowned for its exceptional strength and widely used in aerospace applications. EliteNoir Cable
The Valhalla includes the EliteNoir cable, THIEAUDIO’s flagship offering for premium audio performance. The cable features a combination of 5N and 4N silver-plated LCOFC wires, insulated with Smoke Black-Blue Soft PVC sourced from the USA. Its construction includes 161 individual wires, 20AWG specification, and Mundorf Supreme Solder, ensuring lossless audio transmission. The cable’s design also incorporates a refined bifurcation, barrel, and multi-plug system for enhanced durability and compatibility. Offering an expansive soundstage, powerful bass, and precise imaging, the EliteNoir cable elevates the Valhalla’s performance, making it the ideal companion for audiophiles seeking a top-tier listening experience.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
