THIEAUDIO is excited to announce a fresh lineup of next-generation IEM’s: Hype (Hybrid Performance). Since our journey into the world of Hi-Fi audio, we have accomplished much and have grown tremendously with every new project. Every launch has taught us how to develop better sounding audio solutions, as well as develop and utilize new driver types. We are putting together all of our acquired knowledge into the new Hype series. As the name implies, the Hype series will integrate multiple transducer types that best demonstrate innovations in the field to bring together new IEM’s that excel in both technicalities and tonality. We promise that the Hype series will live up to its name.

Introducing IMPACT²
The IMPACT2 (“Impact Squared”) is THIEAUDIO’s latest technological innovation to change the personalized audio industry. IMPACT2 is a new subwoofer solution consisting of two 10mm composite diaphragm drivers arranged in an isobaric design. The addition of another 10mm subwoofer significantly enhances the power and texture of the bass, while our in-house isobaric chamber design keeps the frequency and pressure constant. This means you can enjoy better-quality bass without sacrificing tonal integrity.

High Performance Import Balanced Armature Drivers
The Hype 10 utilizes genuine Knowles SWFK 31736 series ultra-tweeters from the USA, along with two Sonion E50DT midrange and two Sonion 28UAP bass drivers from Denmark. Arranged in a 4-way crossover with 4 independent sound bores, the Hype 10 makes use of best-in-class drivers engineered with precision for high-fidelity audio reproduction. The ultra-treble tweeters allow treble extension until 40kHz, for an airy and Hyper realistic atmosphere in the sound. Additionally, the combination of the E50DT with the SWFK 31736 driver creates a perfect transition and coherence in the mids and treble, with crisp details, articulation, and layering. The 28UAP series were chosen based on their success in our signature series models. The bass from a dual 28UAP driver configuration produces extremely fast bass hits and decays, which integrates with the deep and textured sub-bass from the IMPACT2 system. The combination of these 10 drivers in each ear produces a high resolution sound intended to mimic professional audiophile loudspeakers.

Designed for Music-Loving Audiophiles
The Hype 10 was designed from the ground-up specifically for music enthusiasts and audiophiles who want the most engaging and discerning sound. With a strong sub-bass shelf and articulate trebles, the Hype 10 brings out the deep rumble and sparkling details in your music. With a near 10dB bass shelf, the Hype 10 punches heavily in the lows. However, the bass has been retained to 300Hz, in typical THIEAUDIO fashion, as to prevent any unnatural muddying to the overall tonal balance. The mids from the 300Hz to 1kHz is flat, in order to highlight the natural tonality of instruments and vocals. The treble has been tuned in accordance to the lows, as to carefully bring a little more crispness and clarity to the overall sound signature.

Custom Audiophile Cable
The Hype 10 comes standard with a high-grade silver-plated OCC cable. This upgrade in cable materials provides a little more clarity and refinement compared to the previous generation of Thieaudio’s cables.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
