Joining the planar battlefield, TANGZU is bringing Wu Zetian to the community. Featuring a 14.5mm planar driver with adjusted middle frequency, this earphone is a new attempt of the brand to pursuing an overall musical but balanced sound with more thick and spacious sound signature. Theoretically, this set of planar driver IEM has a much lower distortion rate.

I write this review after around 9 months of usage.
The IEM comes very well packaged and unboxing experience felt very premium. It come with lots of accessories including a coaster, a large number of tips, an over the top big case and very high quality cable.
Sound wise it's very laid-back, it can be either balanced or bassy depending on the tips you choose.
I should say that even in its balanced form the bass is strong and present with good treble extension.
This planar feels like it was tuned as a dynamic IEM.
I had some issues with my first pair where the left bud stopped working but after writing to Linsoul they quickly sent me a replacement which came with all accessories again of which I was pleasently surprised.
So now I can enjoy the cable on multiple and the case for other iems.
To get it replaced I was asked to destroy the faulty iem on camera which was not an easy task ( very durable for a resin shell)
My 2nd favourite earphone from Linsoul. 1st being Focus Edm whose bass is a tad bit stronger than these. Really impressed and satisfied with these as well. The LInsoul team's customer service is also topnotch. Really appreciate their help.
If someone is in doubt whether to buy these, don't be, if only you will have halve the satisfaction I have had with these earphones you will be very happy.
Nicely balanced and with a good bass, at least for me listening to my dark synthwave or drum&bass collection is a real treat. But also metal and more vocal music is very properly represented. A clear sound (without being too bright) with a comfortable warmth.

The left earbud stopped working and linsoul won't give a refund

The manufacturer needs you to take a video to swap the cable connector from left to right or to swap the cable entirely to show that the left earbud is faulty.
If you are unable to prove the problem via the video, we will send you the RMA form and details via email for you to send us back the earphones for a replacement or repair.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
