Multi-function Knob Button
SGA1 has one multi-function knob button which integrates all the functions and operations. Operation mode include one press, two consecutive press, long press and slow and fast left or right rotation.
How to select XLR input:
Press the knob once and rotate it left or right until the “IN” indicator flashes, press the knob again and rotate it left or right until the “XLR icon” flashes, then press again and the XLR input setup is completed.
Volume and Gain Adjustment
SGA1 integrates MUSES 72320 electronic volume which performs low noise and low distortion characteristics and with resistance ladder circuit. Based on MUSES 72320 electronic gain characteristic, the gain adjustment range is software-limited based on the output(HPA/PRE) without distortion.The volume and gain value of each combination of input and output can be memorized independently and won’t be lost when the power goes down.
Customized Toroidal Transformer
The SGA1 is powered by a custom toroidal transformer containing multiple layers of permalloy shielding. Thanks to the permalloy shielding layer, the 50/60Hz power frequency noise and its harmonics are significantly reduced.
Excellent PCB Design & Optimized Cooling System
The main board is designed with 4 layers of chemical precipitation gold PCB, and its stack up is GND-SIGNAL-POWER-GND. It can be seen that the signal and power supply are concentrated in the inner layer, and the surface layer is the shield GND plane layer. This design improves the anti-interference ability of the audio signal. Vias in SMD pad design optimizes the filter radius of the capacitors and also greatly reduces the antenna effect caused by stub routing.
Compared with SGD1, SGA1 optimized the heat dissipation system, increase the heat dissipation hole slot and adjust its position, which is not only conducive to improve the manufacturing efficiency, but also the heat dissipation efficiency has been improved.
Linear Regulators and Capacitors
A variety of linear regulators are selected to provide ultra-low noise stable power to the key circuits of SGA1 to ensure its excellent performance. The rectifier circuits use two large capacity(8200uF*2) ELNA audio capacitors to ensure the ultra-low ripple voltage and the linear regulator uses a large number of ENLA capacitors to further reduce the ripple.In the key audio signal coupling path, SGA1 uses WIMA MKS2 series nonpolar film coupling capacitor, which greatly improves the quality of audio signal and listening sense.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
