The SuperMix 4 features a luxurious configuration of four different driver types: one dynamic driver (DD), one balanced armature (BA), one planar magnetic driver, and one piezoelectric (PZT) transducer. High-Performance Low-Frequency Dynamic Driver
Specially developed for the SuperMix 4, the 10mm dynamic driver boasts a high-elastic suspension system and long-stroke design, combined with a custom high-polymer nano-diaphragm. Through extensive simulation and experimentation, a powerful magnetic circuit system was created. This driver ensures robust and natural low frequencies, enhancing the overall listening experience with rich, immersive bass that integrates perfectly with the BA and other drivers, resulting in a coherent and natural sound.
Superior Mid-Frequency Balanced Armature Driver
The large balanced armature driver in the SuperMix 4 stands out for its full-range response and natural tonal quality. High-Frequency Planar Magnetic and PZT Drivers
The micro planar magnetic driver in the SuperMix 4 covers high frequencies with low distortion and wide bandwidth, offering rich detail and natural tonal quality. Compared to electrostatic drivers, it is easier to drive and enhances high-frequency detail effortlessly. Absolutly perfect IEM, I really love it!
I bought this IEM on blackfriday 2024 and used a discount code for it. I never received the IEMs and Linsoul claims, I gave them a wrong address, so they do not refund me either! It is shameful practice and all they did was give me a 3 USD coupon after 6 months! I am trying to get my money back using PayPal, but I will certainly not buy from Linsoul again until they resolve this issue and apologize for stealing from one of their customers!

Amazing but you should definitely get some other eartips as the ones that came with the IEMswere pretty bad.
Went from Corsair gaming headphones (HS80) to this and it's the most noticable difference I've seen in audio, definitely worth the money
These are great and I love them, plan on running them for a long time, really fun with strong base and clear highs. But I ran into one issue and that is even on highest volume my mobile with 3.5mm jack couldn't run them really loud, so I recomend also looking in advance for some Amp like Jcally JM6 Pro (I mean anything with similiar or stronger chipset) if you plan on using it on mobile, with Pc i didn't have such problem.
The earbuds are great sounding, build quality is very good. Paired with better cable and eartips this could be considered endgame for many people.
This is one of 3 sets I got this year along with the mega5est and kiwi ears ke4. These are probably my 2nd favorite after the mega5est. They are really well tuned. I thought I'd find the treble too harsh but it never bothers me even at higher volumes. Bass is also excellent and I prefer these for any instrumental dance/electro as they are very fun and dynamic.
These are well-built and designed. The issue for me is that the pinna gain/upper mids is just way to boosted. This is a preference thing, but these just have way to little midbass and way too much upper mids.
I got a pair of the Supermix 4 specifically for PUBG because my BD DT 900 Pro X's havetoo wide of a soundstage and it was difficult to hear people around me. The SM4's are great in this regard and I hear every single step in PUBG now.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
