The DEW4X is equipped with dual C43198 DAC chips, boasting a dynamic range of 130dB for authentic, expressive music reproduction. It supports 384kHz/32Bit PCM and DSD 256 high-definition audio, effortlessly decoding various sources. The peripheral filtering circuits ensure suppression of power noise and interference, delivering a pure and stable audio signal.
Exceptional Sound Clarity and Low Noise Design
This device achieves a remarkably low noise level, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 130dB and adistortion rate of just 0.0002% (@4.4mm BAL). The design ensures sound is presented against abackground as dark and quiet as a curtain, creating an almost noiseless soundscape (1μVrms).
Sophisticated Build and Aesthetic Appeal
The DEW4X boasts an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy body, CNC precision machined for a sleek, contoured design. Its surface is sandblasted and anodized in black to resist oxidation and fatigue, complemented by laser engraving for a textured finish. It features a convenient Type-C audio interface, emphasizing both function and form.
High-Quality Connectivity and Versatility
A high-quality oxygen-free copper-wound shielding layer reduces interference, enhancing sound resolution and transparency. The replaceable cable design allows for easy upgrades and connections to various devices, including a standard Type-C to USB and an optional lightning interface for Apple devices.
User-Friendly Features and Adaptive Control
The device comes with exquisitely designed buttons for easy operation and smooth switching between levels. It supports the UAC1.0 standard and offers compatibility with various devices. The 3.5mm SE stereo and 4.4mm BA output interfaces cater to a wide range of headphone plugs. Additionally, the 30-level button adjustment for volume control features a non-linear progression, allowing for precise volume settings that are remembered even after power off.
Instructions for use
1. Please use the included data cable to connect to a mobile phone or other front-end devicethat supports OTG decoding. After the connection is successful, the DEW4X indicator light willstay on to indicate that the connection is normal. It is recommended that when you use DEW4Xto connect to a mobile phone for the first time, you first lower the volume of the mobile phone,and then adjust it to a level that suits you to avoid excessive sound. And it is recommended touse high bit rate or lossless audio sources for a better listening experience.
2. Function Key Description
·The volume level has a power-down memory function.
·DEW4X's button volume adjustment function and mobile phone volume adjustment functionare independently controlled.
3.Switching between UAC Mode and High/Low Gain Mode
·DEW4X works in UAC2.0 mode by default after powering on. During work, UAC mode cannotbe switched.
·With DEW4X disconnected (power off), first press the "Volume +" button and hold it there,then connect DEW4X to the interface of a computer, mobile phone or game console (power on),wait until the indicator light slows down After it flashes, you can release the button and DEW4Xwill work in UAC1.0 mode.
·During DEW4X operation, press two buttons at the same time to switch to the high & low levelmodes.
4.Matters needing attentionIt is prohibited to insert 3.5mm and 4.4mm headphonesockets into headphones simultaneously for use.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
