About Shanling M9 Plus
The M9 Plus has a beautiful 6-inch 2K screen, a speedy Snapdragon 665 octa-core CPU running an open Android 10 system, packing 8GB of RAM for smooth multitasking, generous 256GB of internal memory for all your apps, and support for microSD cards up to 2TB. Overall construction follows the standards set by the M9, with an expertly crafted CNC aluminum body, this time shortened by 0.5cm, for a bit more compact dimensions. Audio outputs on M9 Plus were simplified and now offer our standard combination of 3.5mm Single-ended and 4.4mm Balanced outputs.
Long-Lasting Battery and Independent Power Supply for DAC
Shanling Spirit has equipped the M9 Plus with a super high-capacity battery rated at 8350mAh. The M9 Plus has a rated battery life of up to 18 hours on the single-ended output and up to 11 hours through the balanced output. Meanwhile, M9 Plus houses an independent XC9519 power-supply chipset which is specially implemented as a power chip for the DAC section further improving the flagship DAC with a clean uninterrupted power supply.
Shanling’s Extreme Quad DAC Design
Shanling has designed its ultimate flagship M9 Plus audio player with a Quad DAC Chipset. They squeezed FOUR AKM AK4499EX DACs into a portable player, getting access to an 8-channel audio design for the totally independent balanced circuit. Quad DAC design offers an increased current output and overall improved dynamics, better SNR, and lower background noise, with all four DACs being active for the balanced output. And all accompanied by ELNA Silmic II and Panasonic Tantalum capacitors.
Upgraded Amplification Chipset
The M9 Plus adopts Shanling’s trusted in-house developed OP+BUF architecture for the amplification section. To make the sound response smoother and finer sound response with strong output power ratings, it features the MUSES 8920 J-FET and BUF634 combination. The M9 Plus produces up to 1120mW of clean output through the 4.4mm balanced port. It can drive most IEMs, Headphones with ease.
Amazing Performance
M9 Plus houses Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 Octa-core CPU. It is paired with 8GB of RAM to ensure smooth performance with multi-tasking support. The crystal oscillators are upgraded to 90.3168MHz/98.304MHz versions. The in-house developed I/V conversion circuit is now adjusted for the ADA45253 chipset.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
