Flagship-Level Audio Technology
The M8T is equipped with dual JAN6418 tubes, marking the first time Shanling has integrated low-voltage, power-efficient tubes into a portable player. These tubes are suspended in a custom-designed anti-shock structure, which eliminates microphonics while adding a warm, captivating charm to the sound. In addition, the dual AKM AK4499EX DACs paired with AK4191 modulators provide superior sound clarity, ensuring that audio is reproduced with remarkable cleanliness and precision. The M8T also offers three distinct output modes: Transistor, Triode, and Ultra-Linear, allowing users to tailor the sound to their personal preferences. With a high-power output of up to 1125mW at 32Ω, the M8T can effortlessly drive even the most demanding headphones, delivering a rich, transparent listening experience.
Advanced Sound Engineering
Shanling has perfected the audio engineering behind the M8T, with an in-house developed I/V stage featuring ADI ADA45253 high-speed, low-noise amplifiers optimized for exceptional performance. The low-pass filter, using OPA1612 combined with Panasonic capacitors and thin-film resistors, minimizes distortion and ensures smooth I/V conversion. A custom FPGA solution and upgraded Japanese KDs active crystal oscillators at 90.3168MHz and 98.304MHz offer incredibly accurate sound reproduction, delivering unparalleled clarity and depth across the frequency spectrum.
Android 13 - Open System for Hi-Fi Apps
The M8T runs on the newly upgraded Android 13 system, ensuring long-term compatibility with future updates and a wide range of music apps. Shanling’s Android Global Lossless Output (AGLO) ensures that all audio data is processed in a Hi-Fi quality format, maintaining the integrity of the sound. For added convenience, the M8T supports DLNA and AirPlay, allowing users to stream music wirelessly, while also offering remote control via the Eddict Player app on Android and iOS devices. This is my first Flagship DAP as a newbie. Bought from a different place.
They sound exceptionally good and the sound stage is amazing, you’ll have to pair it with a V-shaped IEM, don’t pair it with a warm sounding cans.
Multiple choice of sound profiles with the Tube modes and Filters. It is warm, warmer and warmest to keep it simple.
As usual with the AKM dac chips, the Bass is clean and accurate but lacks punch. As a basshead I’m a little disappointed with the results.
Battery life is close to the advertised.
The OS is mediocre at best, doesn’t have system wide EQ or PEQ, feels sluggish with interactions. Can’t pin apps, can’t change launcher. There is bug while switching apps, the sound runs at 2x or higher, you’ll have to restart to fix.
Apart from software, this is sounds super good and I barely keep them off. Recommended if you are looking for anything around this price range.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
