NE4 EVOLUTION
Sound is the art of balance. Generally, it is impossible to achieve popular, balanced, positive, and transparent and beautiful in the same earphone.However, the NE4 Evolution can obtain the above. The circuit structure, electrical parameters, and types of resistance-capacitance components can be changed, and the range of sound changes is huge. At the same time, under different circuit architectures, NE4 Evolution can be not only 4 drivers, but also 3 drivers, 2 drivers or even single driver. It only needs to replace the faceplate to get a completely different sound,without repeated consumption, one = innumerable.
Pop faceplate (red)
Pop music needs full low frequency and abundant dynamics. The pop faceplate adopts the classic low + mid + 2 high frequency three-way architecture design to improve the low frequency volume and texture, retaining the original dynamics of the driver, the sound field is magnificent, majestic, and full Surging sense of hearing.
Reference faceplate (black)
A balanced sound requires restraint and control. The reference faceplate adopts a three-way architecture design of ultra-low + full frequency + 2 high frequency, which controls the energy distribution of the full frequency band to the right degree, and accurately controls the dynamics of the overall sound, the sound is calm, clean, and reference sound.
Transparent faceplate (blue)
In order to keep the sound transparent and clean, the transparent faceplate uses the full frequency + 2 high frequency two-way architecture design, the full frequency driver maintains the integrity of the music, and the two high frequency drivers provide excellent high frequency response and ductility, sound gorgeous, and moving.
Simple operation
For commodities, ease of operation is very important. The NE4 Evolution faceplate and frequency divider are combined into one. Only screws can be used to replace the faceplate and sound at the same time. Whether it is the standard faceplate or the follow-up special tuning faceplate, is the same simple operation, very different sound.
Classic American Knowles 4 balanced armature driver
The driver is the base of the sound, and the driver is good enough to get a better sense of hearing. NE4 Evolution adopts the classic four-driver combination of Knowles 22955 + 29689 + 31736 (composite driver), with full cover of low frequency, intermediate frequency and high frequency. With high-quality sound bottom and different frequency dividing faceplates, every sound can stand the test.
CNC precision-carved shell & High quality cable
Metal not only has a super texture, but also a long service life. CNC precision carving is a pearl of precision metal processing technology. NE4 Evolution adopts 5-axis CNC precision carving to process a whole piece of aviation aluminum ingot and stainless steel, achieving a good balance in weight and strength. Only exquisite products and evolving souls can exchange for long-term company. The impedance, capacitive reactance and inductive reactance of the earphone cable will have a significant impact on the sound. NE4 Evolution comes standard with Litz structure 5N oxygen-free copper silver-plated cable, with up to 280 cores, lower impedance, lower skin effect and proximity effect, making the sound details more, the sound field is open, and the tone is relax.
Stable and reliable connection
The frequency divider is replaceable, and the connection between the driver and the frequency divider is the top priority. The driver end adopts military-grade spring probes, which has lower distributed capacitance and inductance. The gold-plated layer is as high as 10μ and has passed the life test of 100,000 times. The frequency divider adopts PCB pad + copper pillar design, which is stable. The stability and reliability of the connection are as important as innovation, and all the details are for a more excellent user experience.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
