Moondrop ALICE
High-Performance U.L.T. Super-Linear Dynamic Driver
ALICE adopts the same patented ULT super-linear dynamic driver with MOONDROP's flagship dynamic driver earphone KATQ. Designed and developed in-house, the driver features a more efficient internal and external magnet composite magnetic circuit, a more linear air flow structure, a larger brass Internal acoustic cavity, a lighter ultra-fine imported CCAW voice coil, and a High-frequency phase waveguide. Through FEA finite element simulation combined with repeated experiments and verification. it presents muscular dynamics, rich details, and surprising performance regardless of nonlinear distortion or linear distortion. Adopting this ULT super-linear dynamic driver from the flagship wired earphone to ALICE. only the signal output connector was modified, and its electroacoustic transduction structure and acoustic performance were inherited intact, giving ALICE a far superior sound quality.
3rd-Gen DLC Diamond-Like Carbon Composite Diaphragm
The ULT super-linear dynamic driver features a newly designed high-performance DLC composite diaphragm that uses DLC and two other materials for different parts of the diaphragm. This results in high rigidity, high damping coefficient and light weight, and a comprehensive acoustic performance that exceeds even that of beryllium. This diaphragm is based on different material characteristics simulated by FEA finite element analysis, and obtained after repeated experiments, which results in enhanced highs performance, improving dynamic range, a boost in overall acoustic damping, and strengthened instantaneous performance.
Qualcomm's Flagship Bluetooth SOC Chip QCC5151
With the powerful built-in DSP performance of the QCC5151, ALICE can attain richer sound quality extensions and compensate for the physical limitations of in-ear monitors by adding a variety of different filter algorithms, thus bringing a more realistic and pleasant listening experience and richer playability.
Soundstage Virtual Sound Algorithm VDSF+
ALICE is equipped with new generation of VDSF+ (Virtual Diffusion Sound Field Technology), which further improves the soundstage performance by simulating the differences of direct sound at the end of the acoustic transmission path. The VDSF+ can be easily turned on/off by touch operation.
Integrated Acoustic Structure
In contrast to traditional TWS, ALICE uses the same integrated acoustic cavity structure found in high-fidelity wired headphones. The driver and related acoustic structures have priority over the component and battery stacks. In this way ALICE not only avoids the negative impact of sensors and FB components on acoustic conduction, but also ensures a more optimized acoustic conduction path. Unlike traditional TWS, ALICE is the same as standard in-ear monitors, facilitating replacement of the stock ear tips with third-party alternatives, thus ensuring an optimum custom fit and an improvement in treble/bass performance.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
