Thanks to the combined effort of a dynamic and BA driver, ZNA offers pure music that sounds just as they are made. Efforts are made in the circles’ design, for each driver to be assigned to play to their strength in handling sound in each frequency range. Combined with the natural tuning done by skillful experts, you will easily be immersed in the music with ZNA.
Wide Sound with 12mm dynamic driver
As in every other scenario, size matters. The diaphragm, like your eardrum, helps transmit sound in the form of vibration, so a diaphragm as big as the 12mm one in ZNA prevents the compression feel, and gives you a wider sound. Not only that, but ZNA’s dynamic driver also has dual cavities made possible by two magnetic circles. The magnet gap of them is only 0.15mm wide, which is impossible to make for many companies and gives you so much more details in the music.
30095 BA for Analytical Music
The strength of the BA driver is transient response and treble, meaning the high-frequency will be more enjoyable and clearer to you. And to compensate dynamic driver’s unsatisfying performance for ultra-high frequency, KZ equipped ZNA with the customized 30095 BA. This KZ-made BA driver can bring the timbre of treble over 2kHZ to a new level. No more jarring high-pitch noise for you, only enjoyable melodies you can relax to.
Lightweight and Environmental-friendly Beauty
Only a high-quality exterior can match ZNA’s excellent inner strength. A dense alloy was chosen to be melt-casted for the protection it can offer for the headphone. This metal case is then embedded with resin lines and a back chamber, representing the strength and purity of the audio you will get. Environmental concerns are also taken into consideration, as the ZNA will arrive at your door in simple wrapping to cut down on plastic used.

ZNA is designed to suit your ear canal, thus can sit tightly but not cause you any discomfort. The case itself has undergone several steps to be smooth and not bumpy. The cable is silver-plated OFC, for greater resolution and wider sound, while the gold-plated pins are strong and fit tight in ports and jack.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
