KZ, an eminent manufacturer of professional aural transducers, has recently launched a new offering - the KZ AS24 - which boasts an array of impressive attributes. The AS24 is available in two versions. The price difference between them is not that big. But if you are a person with your style preferences, its Tunable version is a very good one to try.
12 BA Drivers, This Earphone Has No Room for More
The AS24 has 12 BA drivers per side, which breaks the audio hardware ceiling. 31736 array-design BA is responsible for high and ultra-high frequency, providing smooth scalability and rich sound details. Customized 29689 BA is responsible for mid-frequency, bringing a clean vocal and transparency in mid-range. 30019 BA is responsible for high-frequency, providing a refined sense of layering and realistic on-site experience. The newly designed 22955 BA is responsible for low-frequency, bringing a powerful and resilient bass.
Precise Structure Like an Artwork
The traditional "u" shaped reed is designed for hearing aids, and its bending process may lead to poor stability and consistency. This time, KZ has designed a "trident" reed specifically for HiFi earphones, which is more accurately centered between the magnets. This design can enhance sound density, reduce distortion, and achieve better transient performance. Compared to all previously balanced armatures, the newly designed 22955 BA can deliver more powerful and resilient bass. The new generation 29689 BA can deliver spacious, elegant, and natural sound with superior treble extension.
Customized Tuning for More Flexibility
AS24 has dual tuners and 8 switches. There is one tuner on the top and one on the outside of the chamber, each with four level switches. By flipping the switches, you can freely adjust and control the low-frequency, medium-frequency, high-frequency, and ultra-high frequency of your earphone.
A Design that Combines Elegance and User Experience
The AS24 housing uses new manufacturing technology. Different from general 3D printing, the new generation DLP 3D printing technology can realize high-precision printing of complicated internal structures of earphone cavities, with the advantages of higher printing efficiency, more uniform illumination, and higher curing strength. At the same time, the lot cavity model, designed and finalized based on a large number of users' big data about the ear and ear canal, provides a comfortable wearing experience for listeners. It is made of a lightweight and skin-friendly resin material that remains comfortable to wear for long periods.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
