The original Kiwi Ears Orchestra model was an instant success in the industry, having been awarded numerous acclaim by international reviewers. The Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite was built on the same foundation as the original Orchestra, yet redesigned to be more efficient, both in performance and cost. The Orchestra Lite features the same 8 balanced armature driver configurations and the famed tonal balance as its predecessor. With close partnership with the driver manufacturers, we have been able to develop custom Kiwi Ears balanced armature drivers that deliver a more efficient performance at the same specs. Using our custom drivers, the Kiwi Orchestra Lite features two custom ultra tweeters for the treble, four custom midrange balanced armature drivers for the mids, and two subwoofer drivers for the lows.
A Natural Sound - Tonal Balance
The most important factor of the Orchestra Lite was to preserve a natural and balanced tonal signature as its predecessor. The Orchestra Lite still had to perform at studio monitor-like calibers in order to be suitable for professional musicians and audio engineers. For this reason, the Orchestra Lite utilizes a three-way passive crossover strategy to achieve intricate layering and reduce total harmonic distortion. The bass has been restricted to sub-bass frequencies, with a peak of 8dB volume from 20Hz to 200Hz. The mids region is retained at neutral, with only a 1dB difference from 200Hz to 800Hz. The treble has been perfectly matched with the human ear’s pinna perception, with a 7dB peak at 2.5kHz and a slow natural decay towards 10kHz. This precise treble engineering allows every detail and nuisance to be heard, while remaining comfortable and free of any harshness. In short, the Orchestra Lite perfectly reflects the sound of professional studio monitors and is the perfect companion to stage musicians, audio engineers, and music enjoyers who want to listen to music as it was intended.
Premium Audio Cable
The Orchestra Lite has been paired with a 4-core 7n oxygen-free copper cable to best enhance its sound. The cable was intentionally designed to be light and comfortable for stage or portable use, and is fitted with a removable 2-pin connection for cable-swapping. The stock cable comes standard with a 3.5mm plug suitable for any modern electronic device.

Shipped late then left outside my house on a public street by the courier! Got straight in touch when I couldn’t find the item they wouldn’t send me a new one or refund so I’ve now spent 200 and still haven’t received my product.
Apparently it’s my fault that the courier they use decides to leave paid for stuff outside peoples houses rather than wait or leave a card for when they are home.
Disgusted. PayPal wouldn’t help and after a few emails Linsoul wasn’t interested in helping even though it’s down to their courier not mine.

The Orchestra Lite is an intriguing IEM. Its masterful “north of neutral” tuning, excellent detail retrieval, natural tone, and satisfying build quality give it all of the properties of a best-seller. No, it’s not a IEM for bass-heads, and no, it doesn’t have a huge accessory package, but what it does do, it does extremely well. At a very competitive price of $249, its easy to recommend this IEM to listeners who love straight-laced tuning and a focus on clarity. While I want to see Kiwi Ears iterate on their case design to make it a little roomier, that’s not enough to stop me from heartily recommending the Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite.

Very technical, neutral IEMs. The bass is not dominant, the treble is long-lasting, unobtrusive, but with good attacks and detail.

I’m not usually a fan of all BA iem’s, but these are surprisingly good. A nice, balanced sound signature with better bass than I expected. Vocals are really nice and there’s a good overall musicality. If you’re looking for deep, thumping, guttural bass then these won’t be the best choice, but for good overall sound with great clarity at an excellent price then these will be a great choice.
They’re quite small and light too, this makes them comfortable for long sessions. They come with a neat, compact case which I really like: it’s perfect when you want to travel light. I often use them with my Sony Xperia 1 when I don’t want to carry a DAP. That said, they sound even better with a DAP and a balanced cable too.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
