Audiophile Sound Balance
The Cadenza has been acoustically tuned to produce a balanced sound signature characteristic of modern audiophile standards. This was achieved through a custom designed housing structure which was 3D printed to fit the 10mm Beryllium driver. The bass has been adjusted to retain the defining character of beryllium drivers, with resounding impact force and attack speed.
But with a quicker bass decay, the mids are able to remain natural and free of muddyness or bloat. The mids sound rich and lush, and incredibly detailed, thanks to the speed of the beryllium driver. The treble response reflects a Harman-reference standard style, with a natural curvature that sounds natural and free of fatigue, but still full of micro-details and full of air.
Detachable 3.5mm IEM Cable
The Cadenza features a 2-pin connector for use with a variety of cables. This allows customization of your IEM-cable combinations, as well as extends the longevity of the Cadenza. The Cadenza comes standard with a 4-core braided copper cable with a 3.5mm single-ended termination for use with most smartphones, computers, and audio devices.

Sounds decent enough and for 35 bucks, whats there to complain, they also come with 3 types of eartips which is honestly quitr surprising.
I am very happy with the earphones, but only thing that is bothering me is the color. I bought red ones but I can clearly see they look pink to me or at least they are not close to color red. Other than that I think they are worth the money. Maybe you can find better option for less money but this one will also do the purpose.
Yes, I have the Wan'er and the Chu II and they are outstanding for the price. But the Cadenza simply blows them out of the water. The beryllium diaphragm is the best invention since the wheel, I kid you not. It is sharp, powerful, snappy and textured. It makes my music sing. Highly recommended! And yes, the chorus is not red. More like purple.
I own 6 pairs of chi-fi IEMs now, including these: Salnotes Zeros (bot OG and 2), Truthear Zero, Moondrop Chu II, Tangzu Wan'er and these Kiwi ears Cadenza. Honestly I'm so impressed by everything - package, sound, build quality, comfort everything is just excellent. These might be my favorite IEM now. Wow! I do strongly recommend these to anyone looking for an affordable yet great pair of IEM. Thanks Linsoul and Kiwi Ears.

only downside is that they are a bit big for my ears and get uncomfortable after wearing them for multiple hours
By far the best tuned IEMs at this price I've ever used, on par with or better than significantly pricier options e.g. starfields. Resolution is fine and there's no fatigue during long listening sessions. Zero real complaints about this product.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
