Main Alcohol For Cocktail — RUM
Rum, known as “pirate’s liquor”, made by fermenting then distilling sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. The distillate, a clear liquid, is usually aged in oak barrels. Most rums are produced in Caribbean (most famously Jamaica) and North and South American countries, but also in other sugar-producing regions, such as the Philippines and Taiwan.
Cable Process
RUM is a core 6N OCC with silver-plated upgrade cable, with 140 strand each core and core diameter is up to 1.8mm. Insulated wire strands are arranged symmetrically in axial direction, which improve the vibration isolation performance. The skin effect is controlled by a reasonable wire diameter, so that the full-frequency sound signal is stably transmitted and the sound distortion is reduced.
Sound Character
Just like Rum, the main alcohol for many cocktails, RUM has a strong “taste” and a distinct personality. It does not excessively change the distance of vocals, and maintains the original sound characteristics. It softens the treble sound, strengthens the density and separation in the mid-low frequency. Comprehensively improve the width of sound stage and the depth of low-frequency diving.
Interchangeable Plug
Designed with interchangeable plugs, the internal connection is a 4-pin 6N OCC& OCC silver-plated mixed conductor. There are 2.5mm, 3.5mm, 4.4mm 3 gold-plated copper plugs, to ensure ensures the stable output of the sound signal.
Plug External & Cable Splitter Metal Part
The plug external &cable splitter metal part are made of anodized aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, corrosion resistant and non-toxic. High-quality aluminum alloys are used in aerospace and other fields. The anodizing process can keep the metal surface shiny for a long time.
Protective Skin
PVC is wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant. It can be used as theouter skin to protect the wire conductor. At the same time, can effectively reduce the stethoscope effect, enjoying the comfortable wearing.

Overall love the quality feeling of this cable. Braid is very nice and doesn't hold kinks or bends. Comfortable, doesn't transmit sounds from the cable rubbing, and it looks stunning paired with my S8. I think any white, clear, or silver iems will look amazing with this cable and sound great too. The only complaint I have is that it could stand to be a little longer and it is on the heavier side but nothing crazy.
One of the best feeling iem cables I own. Picked this up to replace the Monarch mk2 stock cable (didn't like the feel) and this was a suitable replacement. Didn't find the treble to be too blunted, and bass was mostly unchanged.
This cable itself has perfect build quality, solid thick look, proper 0.78mm plugs and set of useful connectors but doesn't provide an accurate treble in comparison to other cables! Trebles are fuzzy! IT COSTS 100USD! Please, try to understand my point! This is an audiophile upgrade cable!
You can only buy it if you don't care about treble accuracy or have never listen the ideal ones!
Of course, it has a beautiful, clear middle frequencies and bass, but very strange (IMHO) issue with the highs!
The replaceable plugs are good, but not so useful for the frequent/daily switch. Better to have spare connectors from DDhifi or cables with the screw in system like a FIIO cables!
2.5mm. plugs has inaccurately polished inner surface and slightly loose!
There is an also big question for the case with it!
How to use it?
It is good case with no doubts, but it is not big enough when connect it with your IEM and want to use it afterward! Just for the cable!? What is the issue to provide slightly bigger one and use it with your IEM daily?

Fantastic high quality cable, that looks and feels like a million $$$. Highly recommended. This "Queen of Audio" cable has me wanting more, for my other favourite IEMs. Paired with Moondrop S8, Kinera RUM really allows the S8 to perform at its best.
So as the title says it’s alright, not the best. This cable foes brighten the sound and decibels, but that is all it does. The audio connectors to feel solid and have yet to walk out of the socket. Some microphonic vibrations do slightly travel through the cable.

The quality is top notch, easily the best money I have spent on a cable. I feel it will last a long time.
Beyond that, it looks beautiful. The braiding is very well done and comfortable. The cable is pretty light and unobtrusive. The cable does not hold shape and doesn't tangle.
I didn't know cables could look and feel this good. I usually stick to cables under 50$ but I saw this on sale for like 75$ and pulled the trigger. I don't regret my decision one bit.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
