3-WAY CROSSOVER&ACOUSTIC TUBE
With the standard 3-way crossover design, via calculation, it can accurately transmit the sound signal to each unit，effectively avoiding distortion and making three-frequency connection smoother. Moreover, IDUN selects high standard PVC acoustic tube that through precise settings, the sounds from the 3 units can be cleverly blended together through two acoustic tubes to achieve the goal of low sound distortion and tight energy distribution
Artistic Faceplate-Perceive the Power of Youth
Kinera is always proud of its unique artistic concept. IDUN 2.0 has fully escalated the modern industrialism to fine art. Based on the mythology of IDUN, the blue and gold glit powder is applied to Idun cavity. Golden part is the hair of Idun, and the blue part is the veil of her clothes. The texture of glit powder gives people feeling of youth magic. A tree rises from the faceplate and its root is Kinera logo, which symbolizes Kinera re-creation. At the core of the tree, there is an Opal gem with changing luster. You will be amazed by how stunning it is
Ergonomics Design&Lightweight Earbud
Kinera collected a large amount of real human auricle model data and combined ergonomics to design the shape of the cavity to be more in line with the Asian auricle. The sound nozzle diameter is about 5.9mm, which fits most eartips on the market, giving the earphones more possibilities while also being a comfortable size for ear canal. Each earbud weight is only about 3.9g, which is as light as there is nothing even wear for a long time, so you can enjoy music as you like.
OFC/Silver-plated OFC High Quality Cable+Detachable 3.5mm/4.4mm Plug
As for cable, IDUN 2.0 adopts a high quality OFC with silver plated+OFC mixed cable. One unique feature of this model is the detachable plug, either you want balanced or normal stereo sound output, IDUN 2.0 is possible. Also, a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adapter is included for further upgrading. IDUN 2.0 is truly one of the most wanted HiFi earphone in the market

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
