iBasso DC01 2.5mm Balanced Type C DAC

The DC01 supports up to 32bit/384kHz PCM decoding and up to 256x Native DSD decoding, with a THD+N below 0.001% and providing high power output of up to 113mW @32ohm. With this you are more fully able to make full use of quality of your valuable music.
Wonderful HiFi music starts from the heart of the music source. The AK4493 is a desktop level stereo DAC chip, featuring AKM’s Velvet Sound technology. The signal-to-noise ratio has been improved when compared to the previous AK4490. It can be found in new generation desktop DACs and is widely used in high end portable audio players. With extensive work we have implemented the AK4493 into the compact DC01 DAC cable adapter.

iBasso DC03 2nd Gen USB-C to 3.5mm Portable DAC/Amp
The iBasso DC03 has a powerful output voltage of up to 2Vrms at 300 Ohms of the load and 1.61Vrms at 32 Ohms of the load. It outputs a power of up to 80mW at 32 Ohms of load which is more than enough to power your IEMs with ease.
iBasso has written a custom application code for Android users for precise volume adjustment. Usually, in smartphones, the volume is adjusted with up to 10 or 12 volume levels only that would make your hi-res earphones really loud even at 1 volume level. With the application, your smartphones support UAC 2.0 volume adjustment with 64 volume levels providing the users with precise volume control.
DC03 adopts type-C interface and uses standard UAC2.0 sound card chip, which is not only compatible with most Android phones and tablets in the market, but also can connect to Apple /Windows computers through the C-A adapter, easily realizing external decoding. Plug and play, get up anytime, anywhere.
Operation
DC03 can be plug and play on Android devices running Android above Android5.1 (due to the impact of the device system or hardware, there may be compatibility differences on very few Android devices).But with the DC03 output level up to 2Vms, even volume 1 can be very loud on some Android devices.Therefore, it is recommended that you install Android APK-ibasso UAC for finer volume control.PCM 32Bit/384kHz and Native DSD256 output are supported for some models

The iBasso DC04 is the latest portable USB Type-C DAC/AMP from the brand featuring a high-performance dual DAC chipset and a balanced 4.4mm headphone jack. The DC04 is an ideal companion for you to enjoy high-resolution music with a super clean background and ultra-low distortion in the output.
The DC04 features a dual DAC chipset housing two CS43131 high-performance DAC chips from Cirrus Logics. These high-performance DAC chips offer outstanding sound clarity output with ultra-low distortion and a clean noise-free background. The DAC chips are arranged in a balanced architecture(one for each channel) to provide the best experience to its users.
The DC04 houses a 4.4mm fully balanced headphone jack. It supports the latest Japanese Pentaconn 4.4mm headphone plugs which are more reliable and sturdy as compared to the traditional 2.5mm and 3.5mm plugs. You can utilize the DC04 with your high-end IEMs and Headphones with 4.4mm termination.
The iBasso DC04 has a lot of output power to drive your headphones and IEMs with ease. It has an output power rating of 195mW @ 32Ω of load. At 300Ω of load, the DC04 has an output power rating of 4Vrms. The output has a clean background with a high Signal to Noise Ratio of 133dB.
The DC04 has humongous output power(4Vrms at 300Ω), iBasso has written a custom application to allow precise volume adjustment on the DC04. The application has up to 64 levels of volume adjustment. With an ultra-low output impedance of just 0.12Ω and precise volume adjustment, the DC04 can be used with sensitive Headphones and IEMs too.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
