The Heart Mirror Zero is the shiner version of the previous Heart Mirror released in 2020, with equally impressive high resolution and high separation, but multiple upgrades in tuning and hardware. With this new version, you will have a more natural sound: the bass is now more profound, while the mid-high frequency and treble are mellow and delightful with no rigidness or tightness.
Same core acoustic as the previous Heart Mirror
The Heart Mirror Zero is equipped with a big 10mm driver unit to stream clear and clean music. Highly rigid carbon nano is used for the diaphragm to catch every detail and reproduce in bright clarity, while top-class NdFeB magnet and CCAW voice coil are applied for a quicker response and natural representation.
Quality built with eye-catching finishes
Each bud of Heart Mirror Zero is made with the utmost quality, to give you a fine and durable HiFi earphone. The case is made with CNC zinc alloy for its resistance against daily wear down, and to protect the core driver within that gives you the brilliant sound. To top that, all parts have been hand polished and finished with shiny painting, to fully showcase its excellence in audio quality with an equally outstanding appearance.
Design for your play and convenience
One highlight of this upgraded Heart Mirror Zero is its great gameplay offered by transshipment parts. The bud’s port for dismountable 0.78mm 2-pin cable is cleverly designed for steady connection and is compatible with Bluetooth headsets of the same specs for wireless adaptation. The ear tips are also offered in two styles: the small-bore bullet tips for a neutral and balanced sound signature, and the wide-bore ones for a wider soundstage and slightly hold-back bass.
Industry-certified steady transmission
The transmission of this silver-plated OFC cable in CTIA standard is a step up from the previous model, of which optimization in timbre and stability is performed to deliver fine music to your ear with an assured performance, while the jack’s L-shaped elbow design significantly improved the cable’s service life and fixed the bad contact problem. Further reinforcement of durability and stability is done to the elbow of the jack, in the form of black oxidation to the aviation aluminum alloy.

After dozens of trials such as Frequency Response curve measuring, audio scanner, and polarity testing, the headphone you received have proven excellent in acoustic quality, resistance against daily wear down, and wearing comfort.
Line Control and Microphone
The microphoned version is compatible with Android & IOS with high-quality Mic and smart control. In call mode, you can press once to answer/hang up and press twice to reject calls, while press and hold will allow you to input voice. In Music mode, you can easily switch to the next or previous song with double click or triple click, and pause or resume play with one click.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
