Budget IEMs have come a long way in tuning and capability. These replaced my Marley Smile Jamaica earbuds and they're well worth their similar price of <$20 and I'd like to see them as easily purchasable as Marleys are which we see in places like Shoppers Drug mart in Canada, they're a lot better than the Smile Jamaica.
The complaints I had was that the overall tonality is still limited to its driver housing materials and it can sound a little plasticky compared to more capable and expensive IEMs but they're still very enjoyable, you have to be A/B testing to notice that they're still just $20ish IEMs. Second complaint was they lean a little bright - when using EQ with a Youtube extension I only found one that was suitable but when EQing from my phone they're fine or when not using EQ with my phone.
Tuning is similar to my Zero Red, although different. The Zero Red is tuned better but after using EQ on both they're nearly side-by-side so if you're able to use EQ you should skip the extra cost of the Red. Since I can't use EQ from my PS4 controller I actually preferred the tuning of the MS-1 because the Red is too peaky on the highs without its ohm adapter.
They fit extremely well and it's easy to get a good seal, wrapping tightly around my ear.
For the price they're astounding but neverminding the price they're just "good", for me they set a benchmark in dollar-to-performance ratio. I use these every day for gaming, exercising or for bass heavy tracks. While their MP145 planar is better for audiophiles the MS-1 is the perfect stocking stuffer due to its tuning and ability to take EQ. It can output gobs of bass with an EQ. While it's not technical-oriented it's still pleasing to listen to and it is LOUD. I also have a Truthear Zero Red and I haven't used them since getting the Galaxy because they're similarly tuned but 6dB quieter and considering they were $75 CAD I regret buying them because they get no usage, I can't game with them because they don't have a mic. I suggest applying an EQ for best sound, +3dB on the lows, scoop the mids -3dB and up the highs +3dB, all rounded off etc etc. While they say "hi-res" you'll notice it being true-er when you increase 8khz with an EQ, the highs becoming more "real" sounding.
They also fit in my tiny girlfriends ears whereas the MP145 does not.
Mic is very clear.
Personally I'm buying another two pairs to gift to others who aren't into audio at all because I know they'll think I paid a lot more for them and I do suggest buying these to get others into the hobby if not yourself, they do sound like $50+ IEMs. A more serious music listener using FLAC and an amplifier should try their MP145.
I got white and they're purdy.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
