I left the shell color default:clear and chose All-Blue from faceplate, and I got...blue face plate on clear shell. What I actually wanted was one just like the sample photo in All-blue... Embarrassing because I was informed that I will have so-called smurf shell if I do so when I asked via mail months ago. I should have confirmed this to Linsoul and let them know what I exactly want. Tragedy of miscommunication...The fantastic shell build quality makes me more upset.
Sound quality is worth 5 stars. This is the best timbre I experienced from 8BA IEMs. Properly distanced vocal sound very comfortable. I prefer sharper percussion, but It is good enough as it is. This IEM is on warmer side, but strangely, not feeling like muffled or veiled at all. The amount of treble not too little or too much, ideal for long time listening.
I'm enjoying the sound while trying my best not to look at the shell art.
IEM just arrived.
First impressions impressive and coherent with other reviews - clear, detailed, transparent with extremely good mid range and sufficient bass punch for all non-bassheads.
Sound-wise they remind me of my Focal Clear headphones i.e. a tuning that I both like and enjoy, and that never is fatiguing even after hours of listening.
If negatives need mentioning, excellent recording quality is a must, and the size of the IEM is not for people with small cavum conchae.

The S8Z's reveal layers of the music I have never heard in my favourite tracks, they have stunning clarity across the board and the option to have the look and feel of your dreams is a welcomed bonus. The build quality is incredible and for the price you honestly cant ask for more.

Love these. I honestly listen to them as much or more than my Andromeda’s. Beautiful IEM with beautiful sound across the board.

This set is way too intense
The Fearless Audio S8Z was called a detail beast by a well respected reviewer, and I would agree. Here's the thing about details, if they are intentionally in the mix, these IEM's enhance them in ways I've never heard before. If the music is not mixed well, the bad stuff is more apparent and well, the music sounds worse.
I don't believe that sound stage is something that can be influenced by headphones. I believe that sound stage a result of the way the music was mixed and mastered. What the S8Z allows is tremendous separation between dynamic range and frequency that gives the listener the feeling that they are sitting in the music.
With well mixed music, the bass is impactful without being overbearing. It's tight. It goes low. It hits as hard as it should without feeling overdone. In a word it's confident.
The high frequency range is just crazy. I hear the way a stick hits a cymbal like I've never heard before. I don't know how Fearless achieved such control with high freqs but no matter how much is going on up high, it sounds complete but not hot. There is no sibilance. None.
Mids weave themselves seamlessly in the mix and vocal range is equally as pleasing with male or female registers. I've been hearing details like breath, mouth squeaks, and accidental mic bumps that I've never heard before on tracks I've listened to for years.
If you are looking to explore your favorite music in a new way, and hear details that you haven't heard before, this is the set for you.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
