Falcon Ultra: Redefining Pure Sound with Striking Design
DUNU introduces the Falcon Ultra, an upgraded version of its classic Falcon Pro IEMs. While retaining the original model's design and ergonomics, the Falcon Ultra has undergone a complete internal redesign. Sporting an all-new color scheme to enhance its aesthetics, this model features DUNU's second-generation ECLIPSE Architecture dynamic driver with a Lithium-magnesium pure metallic alloy dome structure, unlocking new realms of pure sound through professional tuning and impressive design. The original Falcon Pro model boasted a premium metallic mirror finish, but DUNU takes it to the next level with the Falcon Ultra, showcasing a striking Klein Blue finish. The pair's dense blue-colored shells look stunning, with a glossy, mirror finish that complements the Klein Blue hue, displaying different gradients depending on the light angle.
10.7 mm Lithium-Magnesium Pure Alloy Dome Dynamic Driver
The DUNU Falcon Ultra incorporates an innovative dynamic driver, belonging to the second generation of the renowned ECLIPSE architecture first introduced in the flagship DUNU Zen IEMs. The pair features a 10.7mm dynamic driver unit with a brand-new dome structure crafted from lithium magnesium alloy, paired with a fully independent soft suspension surround. This unique combination of an ultra-rigid yet lightweight diaphragm and independent suspension results in remarkably fast transients and effortless music reproduction, significantly elevating the pair's performance.
External Ring-Type Magnetic Assembly
DUNU has taken the magnetic architecture of the Falcon Ultra to new heights. The pair now boasts an external ring-type magnetic assembly with an impressive Tesla-level magnetic flux. The magnet pieces are meticulously CNC-milled to micron-level tolerances, producing a magnetic flux akin to that of the flagship Zen Pro. This enhancement ensures a clear sound with minimal distortion, elevating the overall audio experience.
Improved Damping Architecture
DUNU's professional acoustic engineers have further refined the multi-path damping scheme previously used in the Falcon Pro. This evolved design architecture achieves a superior balance between the ideal damping and isolation characteristics of the Falcon Ultra. As a result, the pair now offers enhanced comfort, ensuring that it doesn't exert pressure on your ear canal while wearing.
Latest DUNU DUW02 Pro High-Purity Stock Cable
The DUNU Falcon Ultra includes the latest DUW02 Pro high-purity stock cable. This premium cable is crafted with high-purity Furukawa single-crystal copper silver-plated wire cores and incorporates DUNU's patented Q-Lock Lite Modular termination plug system. The package will provide both a 3.5mm single-ended and a 4.4mm balanced plug, allowing users to effortlessly switch whenever necessary.
Enhanced Driver With New Diaphragm & Magnetic Circuit
The Falcon Ultra features an updated diaphragm for its dynamic driver unit. Unlike the OG Falcon with a plastic structure, DUNU has enhanced it with a Lithium Magnesium Alloy, similar to the Mg-Al Alloy used in the flagship Zen Pro IEMs. This lightweight yet robust alloy ensures top-notch audio output with clear sound reproduction. Furthermore, DUNU has upgraded the magnet circuit structure, designed similarly to Zen Pro's circuit but slightly smaller. It comes close to Zen Pro in magnetic flux. This upgraded diaphragm and magnet circuit result in clearer sound with precise imaging, improved energy, and an overall refined sound signature.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
