Following the global sensation of the Blon BL03, Blon returns with the next iteration of the ultimate audiophile dynamic driver in-ear monitor. After a year of R&D work, the Blon audio engineering team took their previous experience and the numerous customer feedback to design a new single dynamic driver earphone that takes the genre to all new heights.
2nd Generation 10mm CNT Diaphragm.
The BL05 takes from the foundation of its predecessor’s tuning and elevates it to the next level by utilizing the latest in dynamic driver diaphragm technology and design. Blon has redesigned the Carbon Nanotube (CNT) diaphragm with a new carbon network framework that increases the rigidity and speed of the membrane. This second generation CNT driver doesn’t utilize moving parts as do other traditional drivers, but rather uses thermoacoustics to create soundwaves generated by incoming currents through the carbon nanotube
The Journey Continues
The new design is a much faster diaphragm response that is unparalleled among dynamic drivers, with an incredibly low distortion. A noticeably enhanced transient and detail retrieval ensues, along with a more powerful, tigheter, and faster decaying lows. The carbon nanotube further champions over traditional dynamic drivers as its ripples form more cohesive acoustic energy than those produced by a moving membrane. It’s THD response is a clear indicator of this feat, as it is even lower than those of balanced armature drivers. Tuned to Perfection.
Compared to its predecessor, the BL05’s tuning features a greater and faster sub-bass kick that coherently transitions into cleaner mid-frequency section. The mids feature an almost-neutral response with just enough warmth to give body and richness to instruments and vocals while maintaining clarity and natural tonality. The trebles were tuned to to be smooth with just enough bite to sharpen the sound without being harsh. With the potential of the new CNT driver design, we mastered its tuning to make full advantage of its capabilities. Turning away from typical “V-shape” tunings, we have achieved a natural presentation of music that is the perfect in-between from neutral studio monitors and bass/treble tunings. It can only be described as a true-audiophile tuning that is enjoyable and pleasant, without the tonal irregularities of typical tuning styles.
Carved Acoustic Chamber.
Blon has spent just as much time in designing the interior acoustic chamber as they did in tunin the new CNT driver. The BL05 interior chamber was carved out to feature an acoustic canal that accurately mirrors the sonic properties that the natural ear picks up in an orchestral hall. By meticulously hand-placing the driver at the precise position in each earphone, the fruit of our efforts can be fully perceived, with an incredibly wide soundstage that reverberates with the natural overtones from the diaphragm. The housing itself is produced in a gunmetal stainless steel housing that is durable and safe for the skin

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
