Tribrid Drivers Configuration
The Aurora utilizes a double dynamic driver system composed of 1 x 12mm large diaphragm drivers, 2x fullranged balanced armature drivers, and a 6mm ultra-treble planar driver. This design is significant for a few reasons. Firstly, by utilizing a multi-driver design, the frequency spectrum can be divided between multiple drivers, which reduces the driver load and increases output and sound quality. Second, by using a tribrid configuration, the most optimal sound characteristic can be achieved to bring out the best of each driver. One of the common faults of hybrid or tribrid designs are a mixing of timbre characteristics, which results in a disjointed sound. The Aurora addresses this by optimizing each driver type to respective frequency ranges at softer crossovers to create a coherent sound across the entire spectrum.

12mm Composite Dynamic Driver
The custom 12mm composite diaphragm driver features a double coil system to significantly enhance the low-end output at reduced distortion rates. Tuned specifically to the bass, this driver provides well-textured and powerful low, but in a controlled and professional tuning. Enhanced impact, speed, and texture can be felt by the composite DD bass system.

Dual Balanced Armature Drivers
A custom full-range balanced armature was selected to bridge the gap between the dynamic and planar drivers. Our balanced armature driver has an intermediate timbre between the two driver types, as well as excellent midrange performance.

6mm Ultra-Treble Planar Driver
A 6mm diaphragm was utilized in our custom micro flat-panel planar driver to achieve ultra-treble extension for crystal clear treble. By adjusting airflow to the drivers, an excellent sense of air in the atmosphere and micro-detail retrieval can be achieved by effectively extending the treble past 40kHz.

Balanced Tuning Profile
The Aurora was carefully tuned using a three-way passive crossover network to best display each dynamic driver’s full potential. The tuning has a powerful bass presence at 10dB impact, which smoothly transitions to slightly warm and natural mids. The treble is clear and detailed but also maintained under 10dB to provide a comfortable yet discerning listening session.

Professional Manufacturing Process
The Aurora’s shell was carefully crafted using professional 3D printing with imported medical-grade UV resin. This creates a high-precision shell that is safe to the skin, comfortable, yet also durable. Furthermore, the faceplates are composed of unique titanium filaments that create a one-of-kind design on each unit.

Custom Detachable Cable
The Aurora is featured with a detachable gold-plated single-crystal copper cable with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, which is interchangeable. The cable has a modular 3.5mm/4.4mm interchangeable plug system to fit any of your devices.

FAQ's
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Mechlands does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Mechlands is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Mechlands will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Mechlands only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@mechlands.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that could be done.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What if i dislike the product once it arrives?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
My product came with some kind of factory issue
For factory defective items within the first 30 days upon delivery, you would need to provide a solid proof. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues instead of unguided manual modifying/disassembling, Epomaker will provide a shipping label and reship the replacement unit or refund to you after receiving the return parcel.
